For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related ph887 policies:

By accessing or using the ph887 platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing ph887.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the ph887 Privacy Policy and any additional rules published for specific games or promotions.

Binding Wagers. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph887 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

By ph887. ph887 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph887 reasonably determines that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity; (c) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) ph887 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or (e) the account holder has made chargebacks or reversed payments against ph887.

By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ph887 customer support via the official live chat channel at ph887.vip. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending wagering requirements must be completed or waived before any remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn.

Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ph887 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for breach of these Terms and Conditions, all bonus funds and associated winnings are immediately forfeited. This license does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer your access; copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; reverse-engineer any component of the platform software; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection tools on ph887.vip.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph887 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use ph887.

ph887's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability. ph887 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. The platform may be subject to periodic maintenance, technical issues, or disruptions outside ph887's reasonable control. ph887 will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, provided it makes reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Internet Connection. ph887 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a Player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or disruptions to the Player's mobile network during active game sessions or pending transactions.

Third-Party Providers. ph887 integrates third-party game software from certified providers. While ph887 conducts due diligence on game providers, it does not accept liability for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software that occur beyond ph887's reasonable control, provided ph887 takes prompt corrective action.

ph887 collects, processes, and stores personal data from players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph887.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering on ph887 and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph887 Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud detection, AMLA compliance reporting, and customer support.

ph887 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as required by law, for payment processing through certified payment providers, for KYC verification with approved identity verification services, or as required by PAGCOR for regulatory reporting purposes.

You have the right under the Data Privacy Act to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ph887, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Data deletion requests can be submitted through ph887 customer support.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of ph887 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Regulatory Jurisdiction. ph887 operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Any unresolved disputes related to ph887's compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Dispute Resolution — Internal. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of ph887, you must first contact ph887 customer support via live chat at ph887.vip and allow ph887 a reasonable opportunity — no less than 30 calendar days — to investigate and resolve the matter. ph887 takes all player disputes seriously and endeavors to reach fair resolutions promptly.

Dispute Resolution — External. If a dispute is not resolved through ph887's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution. You agree not to pursue class action or representative claims against ph887. Each dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis.

Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
